All orders made in Australia over $300 are eligible for free shipping. The free shipping is automatically added during the checkout process. A flat $25 Shipping rate is applied to all International orders.
SHIPPING METHODS & FEES
Australia Wide - orders under $300 flat rate $10 shipping and Australia Wide - FREE over $300
Standard Australian orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered to all Metro areas within 48 hours by Australia Post. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australia Post your item will be left in your post box or safe place as deemed by Australia Post. If your item is not delivered and a calling card is left, it is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with Australia Post or the specified courier company.
Australia Wide - EXPRESS SHIPPING - $15 Flat Rate
We offer Express Shipping with Australia Post at a flat rate of $15. If you order is processed before 11.30am your order will be dispatched the same day. We do try to process all Express Shipping orders on the same day, however if your order is processed later than 11.30am then your order may not be sent until the following day.
International Shipping Costs - Flat Rate $25
Handbags shipped internationally are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 3-7 business days. Please note international orders may take 10-15 days and attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
Gift Voucher Shipping Costs- FREE
Gift vouchers are shipped free of charge via Express Post. If you purchase a Gift Voucher along with other products they will be shipped separately and standard shipping rates will apply for the remainder of your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
NIKKI WILLIAMS accepts the following forms of payment on our website:
1) PayPal for assistance with PayPal or to create a Paypal account go to www.paypal.com
2) Credit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. NIKKI WILLIAMS reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
3) Gift Cards - NIKKI WILLIAMS gift cards will be refunded as first method of payment on all refunds where the order involved use of gift card.
4) AfterPay
GST & SALES TAX
To the extent that NIKKI WILLIAMS is required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total.
NIKKI WILLIAMS does not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards. However, items paid for with gift cards will be charged applicable sales tax.
PACKAGING
NIKKI WILLIAMS handbags are packed with a 100% cotton dust bag and shipped (when possible in a compostable bag).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Australia & New Zealand - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your order delivery. To track your order please email us - hello@nikkiwilliams.com - with your name, contact number and invoice number.
International - Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your order delivery. To track your order please email us hello@nikkiwilliams.com - with your name, contact number and invoice number.
CAN I REDIRECT AN ORDER?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact us directly by email hello@nikkiwilliams.com . Please note refunds will be at the discretion of NIKKI WILLIAMS customer care staff and all refunds will incur a $10.00 processing fee.
REDDEEMING A PROMOTIONAL CODE
If you have been provided with a promo code for NIKKIWILLIAMS.COM you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Payment page click the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
AFTER PAY
My AfterPay payment was declined. What should I do?
The Afterpay payment option is provided by Afterpay directly, so we have no control over the acceptance or rejection of payments.
